Lassana Diarra is available on a free this summer (Picture: Getty) Former Arsenal and Chelsea midfielder Lassana Diarra has opened the door to joining Manchester United this summer after claiming there’s a clause in his contract that allows him to leave Marseille on a free. The 31-year-old has enjoyed somewhat of a renaissance with Marseille this season after joining the Ligue 1 side from Lokomotiv Moscow last summer. The defensive midfielder is in France’s Euro 2016 squad but he wants to leave Marseille after they failed to qualify for the Champions League.
